When attempting to update the owner of an Item Instance to Internal an error occurs.
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Oracle Installed Base User responsibility.
2. Query up Item Instance.
3. Mark the 'Transfer to internal party' check box and press the 'Transfer to internal button'.
