Runtime Error When Uploading Adi Journal (Doc ID 473170.1)

ADI Journal Upload



Symptoms

It applies to all 7.1.x ADI versions.

Create a new functional journal in ADI and try to upload it into Oracle GL. After pressing the
Upload button, the runtime error message pops up.

"A run-time error has occured:
The current task will terminate"

Trace file shows the following error messages:

JnlFastUpl1 UploadJournalData N/A Error: SQL execution error, ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value
error: character to number conversion error
ORA-06512: at "APPS_FND.FND_LOG_REPOSITORY", line 602
ORA-06512: at "APPS_FND.FND_LOG", line 168
ORA-06512: at "APPS_FND.APP_EXCEPTION", line 44
