While Creating Purchase Order Through PBWC Get Error Need-By Date/Promised Date Does Not Fall Within An Open Po Period (Doc ID 473327.1)

Symptoms

While creating Purchase Order through PBWC, when attempting to enter Need By Date, the following error occurs:

ERROR
The Need-By Date and/or Promised Date does not fall within an open purchasing accounting period.

But in the Purchase Order entry form, No error is generated.

The profile 'PO: Check Open Periods' is set to YES. 

Steps To Reproduce:
1- Log into Responsibility: Purchasing Super User
2- Open the Buyer Work Center
3- Enter Standard PO
4- Enter PO Header
5- PO Line
6- PO Shipment, Enter the need by date from Open purchasing period.
7- Save
Get the error The Need-By Date and/or Promised Date does not fall within an open purchasing accounting period.
