Change Of Employee E-Mail in HR Is Not Reflected In FND User Definition (Doc ID 473471.1)

Symptoms

Employee with email address has been created in HR, then attached to a FND User through Define User screen.

Later, you change the employee's email address in HR, but the change is not  reflected in the FND User definition, still the old email address is shown in Define User screen.
