Symptoms
After applying <Patch 6162331> and trying to submit XML reports, when clicking on the options the following error is received:
ORA-01722: invalid number
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01722
The issue only occurs when requests are part of a request set.
