Symptoms
After applying 11I.HR_PF.K.RUP2 and ATG PF H RUP5,
self service report fails with the following error:
The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time.
The issue only occurs on multi-node instances
Investigation shows that the instance name is used instead of the DB Name in order to
build the URL.
If the URL is amended manually (e.g. from <HOSTNAME>+DESFORMAT=HTML+SERVER=<HOSTNAME>+report
to <HOSTNAME>+DESFORMAT=HTML+SERVER=<HOSTNAME>+report) the report works.
If ICXOASIB.pls version 115.53 is used the report works ok
If ICXOASIB.pls version 115.59, as provided by ATG RUP5, is used, the report fails.
