Find Service Request: Text Search does not allow the use of Wildcards (Doc ID 473683.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


In TeleService - 'Find Service Request' screen:
- Use a 'text search' on Notes or Service Request Summary
- Choose 'Any Word' option

No results are returned when using a wildcard '%' or '%tes%'.
Records are returned however, if users enter an exact word value such as 'test'.
