Resolving records stuck in the Receiving Transactions Interface (Doc ID 50903.1)

Purpose

On occasion there has been a problem with records getting stuck in the Receiving Transactions Interface (RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table). Customers then log a Service Request to try to clear these records. The purpose of this document is to explain how to address records that are stuck in the Receiving Interface and manner and methods in which to process them.
