When attempting to send test emails from Oracle Marketing > Campaign Workbench, the following error occurs in 1-1 Fulfillment Server (FS)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send test email
2. To see test result to sent e-mail return to portal select the responsibility One-to-One Fulfillment Administrator
3. Select " Status" > Search
4. Search request = Request Identifier
5. Click Search
6. You Will find the failed to request identifier and Jtf_fm_proc_process_failed error

Due to this issue, users cannot use Email Marketing Campaigns.
