Symptoms

Facts: You have completed your budget setups, also entered amounts for the desired accounts and periods.

You attempt to run budget wizard to download the budget to WebAdi spreadsheet. Navigate to Budgets> Launch budget wizard > note the spreadsheet: there are no LOV (list of values) available for any field also no amounts have been downloaded.
