Symptoms
The toolbar disappears when navigating to the JEITAPVR - VAT Registers form
The problem seems also to be occurring in other Italian Localizations forms.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that the toolbar remains when navigating to the JEITAPVR - VAT Registers form, so the user
can complete setup
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the responsibility: Italian AP Localizations
2. Navigate to: VAT Register
