Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5 CU4:

Data incorrectly passed into the "Route Template" When running action "Convert to Route Template"
against Cooperative Routing.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Go to Asset Management -> Cooperative Routing -> CR route
1- Create a CR route
2- Select action "process CR route"
3- Select the action "convert to route template"
4- Compare the details of the CR route and route template.

-- Business Impact:
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users forced to do manual works to fix the corrupted data.
