Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

When creating a new 'Order Base' using 'Simple Order', after pressing 'Finished' the following error is
displayed:

Packaged Item ID is missing and you may setup a rule in Auto Assignment Rule Manager to assign one
for GUEST.20000110-001-001.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1 - Navigate to Order Management > Purchase Order > Simple Order).
2 - Populate the header tab (Simple Order tab)
  a - Source Location
  b - Destination Location
  c - Select the radio button for Line Item.
3 - Click the 'Ship Unit' button to go to the Ship Unit tab.
4 - Click the 'New Line Item' button.
5 - Populate the Line Item Details
  a - Leave the Packaged Item ID blank.
  b - Populate the Item ID
  c - Populate Total Weight
  d - Populate Total Volume
  e - Populate Total Package Count.
6 - Click 'Save'.
7 - Click 'Finished'.
8 - The following error is displayed:
Packaged Item ID is missing and you may setup a rule in Auto Assignment Rule Manager to assign one
for <Domain>.20080118-0002-001

-- Business Impact:
Not able to manually create Simple Orders.
