11i: OIE: After Applying OIE.K, Expense Report Header Level Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) Does Not Appear (Doc ID 549916.1)

Symptoms


After applying 11i.OIE.K and setting up the descriptive flexfield (DFF) for the expense report header, the DFF does not appear when entering an expense report header and the following error occurs:

ERROR
1. Low-level logging is currently enabled. Your application will not perform
as well while low-level logging is on.
2. Value XXX for the flexfield segment Context does not exist in the value set $FLEX$.DF_CONTEXTS

Note, the ability to have a DFF at expense report header level was requested in enhancement requests  unpublished <Bug : 861871> Please Allow Descriptive Flexfields In AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_HEADERS and unpublished <Bug:1730107> DFF At Expense Report Header For OIE.  These enhancements are only implemented from 11i.OIE.J onwards.
