Symptoms
Occasionally, after a change to the Oracle Applications, there maybe errors in forms similar to the following:
ORA-04062: signature of package "APPS.FND_USER_PKG_WRP" has been changed
FRM-40735: PRE-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.
These error will typically occur when trying to open a specific form.
