How To Default Notes Type As Private In Teleservice (Doc ID 550500.1)

How do you Default the Note Type as Public, Publish or Private on the Notes portion of the Workbench Tab in the CSXSRISR (Create Service Request form)?

The profile option 'Notes:Default Note Type' has been set to display the status at the Site level, but when creating a new note on a Service Request the default note is not reflecting this value.
