How to see all columns in the Commission Statement Report (Doc ID 550621.1)

In the Commission Statement report, not all the expected columns are seen.  For example, cannot see all the attribute columns from the CN_COMMISSION_HEADERS table.

Is it standard Oracle Incentive Compensation behavior that some CN_COMMISSION_HEADERS attributes columns can be seen in some instances or different operations units and not in others ?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

(R) Incentive Compensation Super User
(N) Transactions
Commission Statement
Select a salesrep
Click on Run
Export button to download data in Excel file
