Treasury Transactions Not Getting Reconciled Using Autoreconciliation (Doc ID 550945.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
You are using auto-reconciliation process for reconciling treasury transactions. The setup for
"Open Interface Matching Criteria" is "Date and Amount". Reconciling bank statements automatically does not include the treasury transactions. The bank statement was created with the Treasury settlement number populated in the bank_trx_number column. These transactions only appear when you manually clear the "Open Interface" transactions.
