Appointments For 31st December 2007 are not Being Displayed Correctly

On 5.5, Find that unscheduled appointments for the 31st of December are not being displayed on the
Shipments Without Appointments area in the Dock Manager
Expect that Shipments with out appointments are displayed
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up shipments to be delivered on the 31st
2. Go to Warehouse Flow Management - Appointment Management - Dock Manager Searched for the
delivery Location on the shipment
3. Click on Manage Appointments button and in the ensuing Dock Manager screen select the date as
4.The screen refreshes and shows no shipments in the Shipments Without Appointments area

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select shipments without appointments
