OTM-BI Integration - Error When Running run-sa.sh (Doc ID 551110.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04:

Trying to configure OTM with Oracle Business intelligence. When running the command run-sa.sh it is
throwing the following errors in the log files:
