Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Find that the user is unable to obtain a list of value on the descriptive flexfield on the Serial
Entry form.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to open the flexfield on the Serial Entry form.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Shipping -->Transaction-->line status(staged/Pick confirmed), click on find
clisk on details --> Tools serial Number.
3. Find that the flexfield on this form is not active.
