Symptoms
Applying Oracle E-Business Suite 12.0.3 Release Update Pack (RUP4) <patch 6435000> with adpatch, get the following error:
ld: 0711-851 SEVERE ERROR: Output file:
$FNS_TOP/bin/fndfmxit.so
The file is in use and cannot be overwritten.
make: The error code from the last command is 12.
Stop.
