The MEDIA_ID column is not populated when adding attachment to an Opportunity (Doc ID 551258.1)

In Release 12 Sales (ASN) the media_id column  is not getting populated in the table fnd_documents_tl after adding an attachment to an opportunity.

This can be reproduced with the following steps:

(R) Sales user
(N) Sales Dashboard

• Opportunities
• Select an Opportunity to open
• Go to Notes & Tasks tab
• Go to Attachments
• Click on Add Attachment button
• Add a file
• Save the changes to the opportunity

Running the following sql, results in a null value being returned for the media_id column:
