Timecard created using API Not Displayed in Timekeeper but is Stored in Tables (Doc ID 551326.1)

Symptoms

Timecard that was created through API for a certain employee employee number on a certain week is
found recorded when queried from database. However, the record cannot be seen on the timekeeper
entry form. This problem is happening only for a specific employee on specific week.
