R12 Collections Screen Fails To Open From Receivables Manager With 'Business Object IEXLOTAB Is Not Registered' (Doc ID 551399.1)

In Release 12, attempting to use collections form from Receivables Manager Responsibility it fails with the following error occurs:

Business Object IEXLOTAB Is Not Registered

Steps To Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation: Collections > Collections

Doing the same through Collections Agent > Collections works fine.

Another symptom could be that only the LOANS tab is showing in the Collections Agent form.
