Sales Representative Unable To See Their Opportunity In Uwq (Doc ID 551531.1)

-- Problem Statement:
When the user creates an opportunity from a lead  using the
Telesales responsibility, the opportunity does not get displayed under the My
Opportunities work type in the UWQ form.

Expect to see the opportunity in the UWQ

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to applications as Sales Representative
2. Resp: Telesales Agent
3. Open Opportunity Center create a Opportunity for a Customer, Save Work.
4. Open UWQ - Opportunity is not seen in UWQ.
