On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to to close a job, the following error occurs:

ERROR
CST_INVALID_JOB_DATE - THE TRANSACTION DATE PRECEDES THE RELEASE DATE OF THE JOB


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a discrete job
2. Try to close it
3. It errors
