Back-To-Back Order With Lot/Serial Controlled Item has Line Status 'Supply Eligible' After Shipping (Doc ID 551773.1)

When attempting to ship confirm the 'Back To Back Order' containing item with 'ATO and Lot /Serial Control, the following error occurs in the 'Interface Trip Stop' log file.  

This issue does not occur if the items are not serial controlled nor lot controlled.

wf CompleteActivity error ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/<order line id>'.
X_Return_status is now WARNING

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create an Item with ATO, Serial and Lot Enabled
2.Enter & Book the Sales Order, The line status will be 'Supply Eligible'
3.Order Organizer > Actions > Progress Order (Order line status - External Req. Requested)
4.Run Autocreate Requisition from OM
5.Run Requisition Import from PO
6.Auto Create PO & Approve PO (Line Status now 'PO Open'), Reservation of SO is against the created PO now.
7.Receive the Material (Enter LOT & Serial Numbers), Reservation of SO is against the Inventory now.
8.Release SO
9.Transact Move Order (Enter LOT & Serial Numbers), Order Line Status changes to 'Supply Eligible'. ======> This is the problem.
10.Ship Confirm the Line (The delivery line status on 'Shipping Transaction Form (STF)' is correctly shown as 'Staged/Pick Confirm' prior to running ship confirm).
11.Interface Trip Stop completes with 'ERROR', Inventory is not Interfaced and also the AR. SO line Status is 'Supply Eligible' now.
