Symptoms

Running FSG reports from Report Manager, the report is completing successfully. When trying to upload the output in Excel by setting output type as "Excel", the system is giving an error message as below; the report output can be viewed fine with output type "HTML".

The report is run using "Generic FSG Template".

ERROR:
You have insufficient previleges for the current operation. Please contact your system administrator.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Report Manager responsibility > Submit an FSG report and monitor its completion
  2. View Report Now > Select "HTML" output > Observe this works fine
  3. Try the same for "Excel" output > Get error on the page
