Goal
When Lot Number generation is setup with Control "Across Items" and Lot Number Generation at "Organization Level" with prefix specific for each organization (O01, O02, O03, etc ...).So the lot numbers could be in each organization for a specific item like:
Organization O01 => Lots: O01-0001, O01-0002,O01-0003,O01-0004,O01-0005, etc.
Organization O02 => Lots: O02-0001, O02-0002,O02-0003,O02-0004,O02-0005, etc.
When performing a transaction and clicking in "Generate" button while entering lots in the different organizations, the lot sequence is not being repeated, as example:
Enter transaction for org O01, generate the lot and get lot O01-0001, then enter a transaction for org O02, and the system generates the lot O02-0002, then, if another transaction is entered for organization O01 it will generate the lot O01-0003 ... why is it not repeating numbers in the number sequence?
NOTE: The system allows entering the lot numbers repeating sequence number (but with prefix of specific organization), but when generating the lot number automatically the lots are generated without repeating numbers.
