Geography Hierarchy Issue: Geography Type 'County' Does Not Appear in Manage Validation Screen for Country United States (Doc ID 552439.1)

Symptoms

You are trying to turn the County validation off. However when you do the following, there is no Geography Type = 'County' be turned off. Only 'State' is showing.

Steps to reproduce:
Responsibility: Trading Community Manager
Navigation: Administration > Geography Hierarchy

Search for Country = United States
Click on Manage Validations. Note that only Geography Type 'State' is showing. County, City, and Postal Code are not.
