Symptoms
Transmission purge process is not clearing the TenderOffer XML blobs and this has resulted in the growth on their LOB table spaces. The transaction purge is executed with the following sql
exec domainman.transmission_purge(1,domainman.no_status_purge,180,FALSE,1000);
