5.0 OTM Unable To Edit A Customer Bill Record From A Custom Screen Set

This problem can occur on any platform.
Client defines a custom screen set for Customer Bill and the same is associated to a custom manager layout. When they edit the customer bill record from this screen set , error as below occurs:
