Pending Move Order Transaction related with an LPN (Doc ID 552666.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
You have a record in the Pending Transaction Form.
This record is related to a Move order Issue where there is a task in the WMS Control Board.

The task is LOADED in a LPN but if you try to drop it you can't.
WMS Control Board shows that Task is loaded to LPN number.

You can’t transact the task from “Transact MO Form” because - in a WMS enabled Organizations -
MO have to be transacted by Mobile Applications.

But when you try to drop the LPN by Mobile, the system can’t find the LPN number and return with an error like "No Task Found Out For This LPN".

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load task into LPN
2. Transact pending transaction
