-- Problem Statement:
Invoice Validation process or Online Validation ends with the following error while calculating Tax:

'Unexpected error occurred during tax calculation.
Exception: An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
Please correct the problem or contact your system administrator.'

Used Note 458371.1 - R12: How to Get the R12 Trace and FND Debug File / FND Log for Payables Processes - to obtain FND Debug Log messages which shows the following additional errors:

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Upgrade from 11i to R12 using Migrated Taxes
Create Invoice header
Create Invoice Line and enter Tax Classification Code manually
Enter Distributions
Save the data
Click on Calculate Tax
Or
Try to Validate the invoice (Actions > Validate)
Or
Run the Invoice Validation Process

-- Business Impact:
Unable to validate invoices halts the entire AP cycle.
