Purpose
Correction to iSupport Implementation Guide
Following is documented in iSupport Implementation Guide 11.5.10-(Appendix A, Page A-7) and R12- (Appendix A, Page A-10):

| Oracle iSupport: Enable Service Request Template | Determines whether service request template is able to be used. Yes: enable the template in creating a service request. No: do not use the template,show note type page. Default = Y. |
Scope
The Profile Option referenced above has been obsoleted since 11.5.10. Customers implementing iSupport will not find this profile option in 11.5.10 or R12 and therefore should disregard this mention in the product Implementation Guide.
