iReceivables External Users Are Unable To Search By Customer Number

On 11.5.10 OIR.G cumulative patch 2 with Patch 6369513 applied:
When logging in as an External user, the Customer Search by Customer Number does not give back any results.
The Search works fine by Customer Name or by '%'.
The Search by Customer Number works for internal iReceivables users but not external ones, although the setup was completed.
- The Self Service Contact Role has been assigned in the Customer Standard form in AR (ARXCUDCI)
- The Contact Role has been attached in the System Administrator User Definition
- Customer text data creation and indexing program with compact index: No has been run
- The Apache server has been bounced
