Error when opening a Service form:
(N) Service Request > Setup > Definitions > Service Request Statuses.

This happens from any responsibility, with any user.

Help -> About Oracle Application shows that the 'Current Form' is:
Form Application : Application Object Library
Form Name : FNDSCSGN
Form Path : UNKNOWN
while it should be:
Form Application : Service
Form Name : CSXSEIST
Form Path: - something like <DIR>/<SID>/cs/11.5.0/forms/US/CSXSEIST.fmx

ERROR:

FRM-92100: Your connection to the Server was interrupted.
This may be the result of a network error, or a failure on the Server.
You will need to reestablish your session.
