Symptoms
When attempting to update the PN System Options, the following error occurs:
ERROR
"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Array index out of range: 0
assistance. "
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Property Manager responsibility and navigate
(N) Setup > Options > System Options
2. Query for an existing Operating Unit.
3. Press Update button and the error message will occur.
