How can users receive an Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) created in ISupplier portal and imported using Receiving Open Interface(ROI), if the following error occurs in enter Receipts form:
forms interfaces in WMS of MSCA, then the subsequent transactions are supported only either through
receiving open interface, or through the mobile forms interfaces in WMS and MSCA' ?
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iSupplier
2. Navigate to 'Advance Shipment Billing Notice' page (Shipments tab > Shipment Notices > View/Cancel Advance Shipment Notice) and select a particular shipment notice.
3. Click on the LPN/Lot/Serial icon.
4. From the LPN/Lot/Serial page, the 'Serial Number' filed is populated with the serial number.
5. Navigate to the Receipts form in Oracle Purchasing and query the serial number using the shipment specified in the ASBN. The error pop-up message is displayed.
