Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Production:When attempting to cancel a hiring action using the drop down "Cancel Hire" option, the following
error occurs:
ERROR
APP-PER-289566. You can not cancel a hire at this point because there are future assignment
changes taking effect after the hire date. To cancel remove these assignment actions first, then
repeat the cancellation
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Date track to the effective date of the hiring actions.
Select "Cancel Hire" from the drop down from the Action box..
Select Save
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cancel the hire for this person.
