ARXCWMAI: FRM-40200: Unable to Complete Certain Customer Call Topics (Doc ID 553509.1)

FORM:ARXCWMAI.FMB - Collections

Symptoms

Navigation:
AR > Collections > Customer Calls > Create a customer call > Click Topics button > create a call topic

Some customer call topics can be completed, some can't.

When clicking the complete flag following error message is shown:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40200 : Record cannot be updated.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------


Scenario A

Create a customer call and then create a call topic, specify :-

Save the record. 

Go into the record and click the complete flag
The complete flag can be updated and saved as expected (OK)

Scenario B

Create another call topic and specify :-

Save the record. 

Go into the record and click the complete flag
Get error message:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40200 : Record cannot be updated.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why is possible to complete the topic in scenario A but not in scenario B?
