Cannot Add GL Encumbered Date On Requisition Details Page In iProcurement ? (Doc ID 553968.1)

How to show GL Encumbered Date in Requisition Details Page ( LifeCyclePG.xml ) in iProcurement .

Currently if you follow below steps the same is not shown :

1. Log into iProcurement Responsibility -> Home Page
2. Click on the requisition number hyperlink in the Requisition at glance section on the home page .
3. The Page navigates to Requisition Details page , click on the requisition line detail icon which 
    navigates to the LifeCyclePG which shows all the PO/Receipts/Invoices for the Requisition Line .
4. Expand the Requisition distribution section and the charge account details are shown , however
    the GL Encumbered date is not shown .

Even if we try to Personalize that section , we do not find the GlEncumberedDate column in the Personalization Structure of that page (LifeCyclePG)
