Managing With Order Action In Job Detail View

This problem can occur on any platform.
The 'actions' in the Brokerage and Forwarding Job Management for jobs on Order Movements do not function at all.
The problem is encountered when one
1. selects an Order Movement -> actions -> create job.
2. goes to Brokerage and Forwarding ->Job Management ->Job Details ->
3. checks an Order Movement from the list, clicks the corresponding 'actions'
4. clicks on any of the available actions -- nothing happens.
