Symptoms
Looking to generate Offer Letters, Confirmation Letters for Applicants and Salary certificate Letter
for Employees using Web ADI mail merge letters.
Keeping the Note id 360105.1 as a reference, the setup have been done and letters for Applicants are
generated. But are unable to generate Salary certificate Letter for employees from the People Window
Steps followed:
1. Create a DOWNLOAD integrator
2. Form function associations
3. Define a layout
4. From the assignment form, query a person whose record is retrieved in the view created earlier
and click the export button.
5. Select Word as the viewer and proceed
6. Column headers are retrieved but no data is populated
