The profile option for retroactive pricing ( PO: Allow Retroactive Pricing of POs ) is set to 'OPEN RELEASES' however, the retroactive price update program is not updating BPA releases when the BPA change is submitted for approval using the workflow.

It updates the releases when manually run 'Retroactive Price Update of Purchasing Documents Program' against the BPA.

Steps To Reproduce:
1- Update line price for a BPA
2- Save the changes
3- Submit the PO for reapproval with option 'Apply price update to existing PO's and release'
4- Requery blanket releases from PO Summary. The change in the line price is not reflected.
