Symptoms
Requisition Import fails with the following errors in the:
"APPROVER_ID Approver is not an active employee.
Cause: You entered an inactive employee as the approver. The approver
must be an active employee if the requisition is unapproved.
Action: Enter an active employee as the approver.
Action: Make the approver an active employee.
DELIVER_TO_REQUEST The requester is not an active employee
Cause: You entered a requester who is not a valid employee.
Enter a requester who is a valid employee."
