Symptoms

Forms Personalization is NOT possible for any flexfield structure or segments.

Forms Personalization feature is not enabled for Flexfields and also user can know the name of the items
associated with the flexfield segment (From Help>Diagnostics>Examine) just like other seeded Oracle Application Forms or Canvas.
