INVALID_SOCKET and OutOfMemory errors generated when using IntelliRoute (Doc ID 554657.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
OTM Application server generates an INVALID_SOCKET and OutOfMemory error when IntelliRoute is used

ERROR | wrapper | 2008/01/17 10:07:23 | JVM appears hung: Timed out waiting for signal from JVM.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Use OTM and have IntelliRoute installed with an expired or temporary license

-- Business Impact:
Complete loss of use of the OTM application until a restart of the app and web portions of OTM are done
