WEB ADI: Unable to Create Document after Adding DFF for Additions Integrator (Doc ID 554854.1)

Symptoms

After adding the Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) for WEB ADI layout, when attempting to create a document for asset addition, the following error occurs:

oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneSQLException: Cannot execute SQL Statement

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open the Additions Integrator from the FA responsibility (Mass Additions > Additions Integrator).
2. Select the viewer, integrator and layout and then create the upload sheet.
3. The error message appears:

oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneSQLException: Cannot execute SQL Statement
